Clark Clifford interviewed by Richard Rusk. Clark Clifford discusses his relationship with Dean Rusk during his tenure as Secretary of Defense during the Johnson administration and as special advisor to President Harry S. Truman. Clifford speaks candidly of his differences with Rusk over U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War.

Clark Clifford served as Special Counsel to President Harry S. Truman, Chairman of Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board in the Kennedy Administration, and Secretary of Defense in the Johnson Administration.
