Pearl Hall was born in Rocksprings Homes in Athens and has lived a life dedicated to serving the public. She attended West Broad Street School, Burney-Harris High School, and was a part of the first class to formally integrate into Clarke Central. In this interview, Hall discusses her upbringing, relationships in the community, areas of Black business, and why she decided to run for mayor of Athens-Clarke County.
