Charlotte Sosebee was born in Gainesville, Georgia in 1966. Sosebee attended school at White Sulfur Springs Elementary and East Hall High School. In this interview, Sosebee discusses childhood memories of family and recalls her experiences in elementary school and middle school, explaining her class clown behavior and favorite things to do.
