Description
Alan Flurry grew up in Savannah, Georgia. In high school, he moved to Athens, Georgia and has played as the drummer for many Athens bands since, including Mr. Right Now, SNAIL, and for the David Marr Album. In addition to drumming, Flurry is a writer and published the novel Cansville. Flurry currently works as the writer and producer for the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Georgia. In this interview, Flurry talks about his drumming career, writing, living in Europe, his time in Athens, and raising a family.
