Dennis H. Knight, a member of ESA’s Historical Records Committee, was the initial organizer of this collection, which helps document the history of ecology and the Ecological Society of America. The interviews were done by various ESA members and will continue into the future as the opportunity arises. 

Interview notes were written by Knight and others.
