Description
Arthur J. Goldberg discusses his tenure as U.S. Secretary of Labor, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supereme Court, and U.S. Representative to the United Nations and Ambassador at Large, along with his working relationship with Secretary of State Dean Rusk during these years. He discusses his disagreements with Rusk especially over United States policy in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He touches upon the Pueblo Incident, the 1968 Non-proliferation Treaty, and the Tet Offensive.
