Alonso Haro creció en Zacatecas, México, después de que regresó para los Estados Unidos en 1992, donde eventualmente se estableció en Athens, Georgia. Haro trabajó en el restaurante de su padre, La Taqueria La Parrilla, donde actualmente es uno de los dueños. Alonso Haro grew up in Zacatecas, Mexico, after which he moved back to the U.S. in 1992, where he eventually settled in Athens, Georgia. Haro worked in his father’s restaurant, Taqueria La Parrilla, where he is currently a co-owner. In this interview, he talks about his family, his father's inspiration for opening a restaurant, an employee-focused work culture, and the restaurant's relationship to its customers and the community.
